Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AccessifyAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
These terms apply to all users of AccessifyAI, including but not limited to users who are contributors, information providers, and anyone else who gains access to any portion of the service.
Service Description
AccessifyAI is an AI-powered Shopify app that provides automated WCAG 2.2 accessibility scanning, issue detection, auto-fix capabilities, and compliance monitoring for Shopify stores. The service includes:
- Automated WCAG 2.2 accessibility scanning of store pages
- Detection and categorization of accessibility issues
- AI-generated accessibility fixes and recommendations
- Accessibility score tracking and trend analysis
- Detailed compliance reports
- Monitoring and alerts for ongoing compliance
Account & Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must have an active Shopify store
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have authorization to install apps on your Shopify store
- You agree to provide accurate information during signup
Account Responsibility:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Basic Plan
$9.99/month · Standard features · 90 days data retention · 14-day free trial
Pro Plan
$29.99/month · Advanced features · 365 days data retention · 14-day free trial
Billing & Payment:
- Billing is processed monthly through Shopify
- Charges will appear on your Shopify invoice
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
Free Trial & Cancellation:
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, billing is processed monthly through Shopify.
Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not use AccessifyAI for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not:
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our team or other users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the service in excess of reasonable limits
- Circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms
- Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to analyze non-Shopify websites without permission
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
AccessifyAI App & Content: All content, code, design, and functionality of AccessifyAI is owned by AccessifyAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Store Content: You retain all rights to your store content, product descriptions, images, and data. By using AccessifyAI, you grant us a license to access and analyze your store content solely for providing the service.
Generated Recommendations: AI-generated accessibility fixes and recommendations are provided for your use. You own the rights to implement these recommendations in your store.
Disclaimer of Warranties
AS-IS SERVICE: AccessifyAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
NOT LEGAL ADVICE: Accessibility recommendations are guidance based on WCAG 2.2 standards. This is not legal advice. We cannot guarantee that use of AccessifyAI will prevent accessibility-related lawsuits.
NO GUARANTEE: We do not guarantee that all accessibility issues will be detected or that all fixes will work in all scenarios. Regular manual audits by accessibility professionals are recommended.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AccessifyAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AccessifyAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AccessifyAI from any claims, damages, and costs arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your store content or how you use our recommendations
Termination
Your Right: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify app dashboard.
Our Right: AccessifyAI may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms.
Data: Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy (30 days for inactive accounts).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the European Union, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in Polish courts.
